How to Cancel a Service
This guide will walk you through the process of canceling a service with Mellow Services. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to ensure a smooth cancellation process.
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Portal
- Visit the Mellow Services Billing Portal: https://billing.mellowservices.com
- Enter your email address and password to log in.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Services
- Once logged in, click on Services in the main dashboard.
- Locate the service you wish to cancel.
- Click on manage to open its management page.
Step 3: Request Cancellation
- Click the Request Cancellation button on the left-hand side menu.
- Select the cancellation type:
- Immediate: The service will be canceled right away.
- End of Billing Period: The service will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Provide a reason for the cancellation.
- Click Submit Request to proceed.
Step 4: Confirm Cancellation
- Follow any additional instructions if required.
- If you change your mind, contact support ASAP before the cancellation is finalized.
